When you tap "Send via WhatsApp" on our website, your booking details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy governs data processed through their platform.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by South African law (e.g. in response to a lawful request from a government authority), or where strictly necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g. communicating your pickup details to the assigned driver).
