1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PowerCabs & Shuttle Services website at powercabs.org ("the Website"), or by booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. Our Services

PowerCabs & Shuttle Services provides passenger transport in Jeffreys Bay and the Kouga region, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• School transport
• Staff transport
• Airport transfers (including to/from Gqeberha)
• Private trips
• Custom charter trips

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are made via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation message from PowerCabs. Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted per trip and are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted fares are based on the information provided at the time of booking (route, vehicle type, number of passengers). Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or extra stops requested after departure. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. PowerCabs reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or safety concerns), in which case we will endeavour to notify you promptly and arrange an alternative where possible.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a trip without refund if a passenger:

• Is abusive, threatening, or disruptive
• Is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
• Refuses to wear a seatbelt
• Engages in any behaviour that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers

7. Luggage & Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. PowerCabs accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property carried in our vehicles, unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Liability

PowerCabs operates roadworthy, insured vehicles and employs professional drivers. However, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law, PowerCabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website, including delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or events outside our control.

9. Website Use

The content on this Website is provided for general information purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. These links are provided for convenience only. PowerCabs does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services.
